January has been a month of reflection. I have been tracking every cent I have made through my business, and have decided to attempt that with my personal finances. I’m much more a spend and forget about it kind of girl, but I really want to “adult” this year and making a dent in a savings account is a good way, I think.
I have also been inspired to put into action my go-outside plan. Obviously not in this image, but in my life with my child. I have a friend who lives on the coast – so it’s much prettier for her to be out and about, ha – but she takes her kid and goes and does something – anything – outside. A bike ride. Surfing. Swimming. Hiking. And while I am not the most athletic person, I am a huge fan of fresh air and nature photography. So while my images may not be of majestic mountains capes, there is beauty in a field of freshly fallen snow.
